Koha Manual in PDF

Great news everyone, the manual can now be downloaded as a PDF from the documentation page. Several people have asked for this feature and thanks to the KohaCon10 hackfest and the work of Reed Wade and Liz Rea we finally have it.

Please remember that this is a dynamically changing beast. That means that every time I update the manual the PDF and the web version are updated so if you don’t see the answer to your question in your printed manual refer to the website before assuming the answer doesn’t exist. Also, if you have any comments/suggestions/complaints please let me know so that I can keep the manual up to date and useful for everyone.
