This is a maintenance release and contains some enhancements and several bugfixes.

RELEASE NOTES FOR KOHA 3.14.9

Koha is the first free and open source software library automation package (ILS). Development is sponsored by libraries of varying types and sizes, volunteers, and support companies from around the world.

Koha 3.14.9 is a bugfix/maintenance release.

It includes 4 enhancement and 12 bugfixes.

I18N/L10N

• I18n toolchain misses one instance of text “Select titles to: ” in bootstrap (bug #11495)

OPAC

• Make the NoLoginInstructions a customizable field through preferences (bug #10951)
• Improve RDFa schema.org mappings in prog and bootstrap (bug #11786)

Patrons

• Restructure patron lists add form for improved usability (bug #11671)

Critical bugs fixed in Koha 3.14.9

Acquisitions

• Accepting a suggestion hides ‘pending’ tab (major – 4068)

Cataloging

• Javascript error when merging authorities (critical – 12295)

OPAC

• OverDrive API now prepends http:// to URLs (major – 11978)

Patrons

• Members are restricted even if the debarment is ended – moremember.pl (major – 12292)

Serials

• Working with serials now requires admin (parameters) permission (major – 11226)

• Bad encoding in acquisition basket (minor- 12438)

I18N/L10N

• MSG_REMOVE_FROM_LIST different wording between OPAC and staff client (normal- 12034)
• System preference OAI-PMH:ConfFile isn’t translatable (trivial- 10818)

Patrons

• Tiny code cleanup in members (trivial- 11855)

Staff Client

• Indentation issues allow markup errors in header.inc (normal- 12060)

Templates

• Use new DataTables include in batch patron modification template (normal- 11738)

Tools

• Holidays calendar has wrong colors for weekly and yearly repeatable (minor- 12458)

New system preferences in Koha 3.14.9
