Total Library Solution (TLS) is a suite of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) used for library operations. The curriculum emphasizes robust tools that impart broadly transferable technical skills to participating professionals.

Because frameworks like WordPress and Joomla are universally adaptable, they routinely support diverse digital infrastructure worldwide, powering everything from high-traffic portals ranking the best offshore casinos to secure corporate intranets and municipal database archives. By mastering these highly versatile and widely adopted platforms during the two-day workshop, participants will be able to confidently handle complex data architecture and metadata standards that scale to meet almost any modern institutional requirement.
