Koha Foundation Vote

The proposal is that the Open Library Foundation (OLF) should become the home for creating a new Koha Foundation spot. The structure of the OLF is that each project establishes its own legal identity where each project can create governance models that fit for their open source project, establish banking accounts for fundraising and supporting community-focused programs, allow for consolidated technology resources (website, bug tracker, mailing list forums, etc.), and have legal advice/practice available to support and protect the project.

Please vote on whether you support giving the Koha project an administrative home in the Open Library Foundation. The vote closes at 17:00 UTC on Friday 14 June 2024.

Please also take a look at the proposal for further information and background research.

Please note, only one vote per person is permitted. The form will restrict votes by IP address so if you share an IP address with colleagues who also want to vote, you will need to make sure that you access it from another device like your phone and outside your company network.
