Community support ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The main place for community support is `Mattermost Chat `_ (requires creating an account). There are also the `mailing lists `_, however these are less active now that we have Mattermost Chat. .. Important:: Please don't expect "instant" answers and support when using the Koha Community support channels, such as Mattermost Chat and the mailing lists. Community members are either: - voluntarily responding to your questions in their own time, or - using their work time (where they work for a library or a support vendor), and their employer generously allows them some time for providing community support and contributions. It is also an international community, and is often (but not always) more active during the European and North American work day. Consider working with a paid support provider if you have the resources and the need for a higher-level of support. Paid support ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There are `many vendors worldwide `_ offering paid support, including migrating, implementing, hosting, training, support, and development services.
