Please join us Wednesday August 22nd for a preliminary IRC meeting to begin planning KohaCon 13.  Our main need right now is to determine the number of days for the conference and hackfest.  Nancy Keener from Washoe Library System (our host) will then get the local hotel/casinos to begin vying for our business.  All of your ideas and help will be greatly appreciated.

The voting closed at 3am EST this morning and the tallies are in. I have shared the files (without names) on the Wiki: http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Kohacon2013

• Ibadan, Nigeria [Jul, Aug, or Sept] :: 1411

• The National Capital Region, USA [Oct or Mar] :: 1366
• Erie, Pennsylvania, USA [Summer] :: 1344

And so, KohaCon13 will take place in Reno, NV, USA. Remember if your venue didn’t win out last time, the voting was pretty close so please submit again for KohaCon14 (once we open the call for that).
