		<description>[...] Well great news in Koha land!   LibLime a subsidiarity of PTFS has released a stable release of Koha available for immediate download called &#8220;Harley&#8221;. It has a git Repo and is getting positive feedback from the Koha community. My library will wait to upgrade with 3.2 because our updates and bug fixes are so out of date. But for others I am sure this news bodes well for more collaboration between PTFS dba LibLime and the Koha community. [...]</description>
